Terms of Service

1. Service Scope
NxtRev delivers custom-built digital systems including AI chatbots, WhatsApp CRM integrations, website design, and social media automation for Indian local businesses. Each project is governed by a separate statement of work (SOW) documenting deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
2. Payment Terms
All quotes are provided in Indian Rupees (₹). A 50% advance is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and client sign-off. Payments are non-refundable once development work has commenced.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and configurations become the exclusive property of the client. NxtRev retains the right to showcase anonymized project structures in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
NxtRev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client receives all completed work up to the termination date. Outstanding payments remain due.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the client's state of registration.
